We will deliver goods within the United Kingdom via Royal Mail (small packages) and Interlink Express courier (large insured packages).
Every package sent by us has a Shipping Certificate. We can send a copy to you on request. Shipping details of every order can be found in the orders section of your account.
Most items are shipped from us within one to seven working days of full payment. Please note that built-to-order or customised items can take longer (usually ten working days) before being shipped. This is because of the time taken to build and pass the product through quality assurance tests.
If an item is out of stock, it may take longer to be shipped. On these occasions you will be notified of the delay by email. If we cannot deliver the goods within a reasonable time period of 28 days, we will offer you the opportunity of cancelling the unshipped items.
International shipping to non-EU countries may attract an import duty charge on your order. Orders shipped to non-EU countries do not pay VAT which is automatically removed within the store. You will have to pay any duty and local taxes due on receipt of the goods. The duty charge is variable based on the cost of the order and the charge levied in your country.
Returns Information
The products we sell have a Return To Base (RTB) warranty. The length of this warranty varies according to the specific product.
Within Seven Days Of Receipt Of Product(s):
If an item is faulty on delivery, please contact us immediately providing a detailed and full description of problem and we will issue a Returns Authorisation Number*. Promptly return the product to us including a fully completed Returns Form. We will then test the product. If the product proves to be faulty within the terms of the warranty, it will either be exchanged or refunded*.
After Seven Days Of Receipt Of Product(s) (within warranty):
If an item is faulty under warranty, please contact us immediately providing a detailed and full description of problem and we will issue a Returns Authorisation Number*. Promptly return the product to us including a fully completed Returns Form. We will then test the product. If the product proves to be faulty under warranty within the terms of the warranty, it will be repaired. Otherwise, if it cannot be repaired, then it will either be exchanged or refunded*.
Please Note: We cannot receive any product back unless it is still under warranty and we have issued a Returns Authorisation Number. You must include within the package a Returns Form displaying the R.A.N.
If a product requires a refund, the credit will be raised and processed within 7-10 working days. We do not refund shipping costs or any costs associated to consequential loss arising from the failure of the product.
