We will deliver goods within the United Kingdom via Royal Mail (small packages) and Interlink Express courier (large insured packages).
Every package sent by us has a Shipping Certificate. We can send a copy to you on request. Shipping details of every order can be found in the orders section of your account.
Most items are shipped from us within one to seven working days of full payment. Please note that built-to-order or customised items can take longer (usually ten working days) before being shipped. This is because of the time taken to build and pass the product through quality assurance tests.
If an item is out of stock, it may take longer to be shipped. On these occasions you will be notified of the delay by email. If we cannot deliver the goods within a reasonable time period of 28 days, we will offer you the opportunity of cancelling the unshipped items.
International shipping to some countries may attract an import duty charge on your order. You will have to pay this on receipt of the goods. The charge is variable based on the cost of the order and the charge levied in your country.
Returns Information
The products we sell have a Return To Base (RTB) warranty. The length of this warranty varies according to the specific product.
Within Seven Days Of Receipt Of Product(s):
If an item is faulty on delivery, please contact us immediately and we will issue a Returns Authorisation Number. Promptly return the product to us and clearly display the R.A.N. on the outer packaging. We we will then test the product. If the product proves to be faulty, it will be either exchanged or refunded.
After Seven Days Of Receipt Of Product(s):
If an item is faulty under warranty, please contact us immediately and we will issue a Returns Authorisation Number. Promptly return the product to us and clearly display the R.A.N. on the outer packaging. We we will then test the product. If the product proves to be faulty under warranty , it will be either repaired. If it cannot be repaired, then it will be either exchanged or refunded.
Please Note: We cannot receive any products back unless it is still under warranty and we have issued a Returns Authorisation Number.
