However email and telephone support, order processing and shipping services will be available at limited periods of time due to the holiday period:

* UK/Europe only (USA/Canada unaffected): no courier service between the 24th December until 3rd January. Large shipments that require courier pickup will not be processed until the 4th January as there is no courier service until this date. Small orders will be processed and sent through the postal mail network as normal on the 24th December and 31st December.
Regular email, telephone and order processing services will resume from January 4th 2009.
