FAQHow long does it take for my pending order to be processed and shipped?

We process most orders within 1 to 7 business days after the order has been placed. This is dependent on the items being in stock and the item not being a 'Built To Order' product or system-build which can take up to 10 business days. We thoroughly quality check and test all computer systems before shipping to the customer. Order delays can occur during Key Dates in the year. We publish these Key Dates in advance showing when our business services are restricted due to holiday periods or when we attend conventions.
 
FAQHow do I track my package?

When you originally place your order you have the choice of paying for trackable/insured shipping for your package. If you have paid for a trackable mail service for your order, you can track it's progress by logging into your account. Click on order history and click the VIEW button next to the order. You can then click the tracking icon for that order. Please note that during holiday periods, and the run-up to holiday periods, it is likely that shipping services may operate slower than other times of the year.

Note: Orders may usually take 1-7 working days before being shipped from us. Built to order/technical configuration items/full systems may take up to 10 working days before being shipped.
 
FAQHow do I check my order status?

You can check your order status at any time by first logging into your AmigaKit account and then selecting the Order History option from the my account pull down menu. On the My Order History page all orders you have placed will be displayed. Click the VIEW button next to the individual order to display detailed order progress and any tracking information which may be applicable.
 
FAQIs it safe to order online ?

Your credit card details are secure online as we use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) to encrypt your details as they are being sent back and forth across the Internet. When you checkout or login to our webstore, your connection will change to a secure connection https://
 
FAQMy package has arrived but I think it has missing items

Our Dispatch Staff carefully check every package at least twice before finally sealing and shipping the package to the customer. If you cannot find an item within the package, first read the enclosed Packing Slip for further information. Carefully check all packaging, including opening all boxes- we may sometimes pack items together to reduce volumetric weight of your package or provide better protection for the items. Small components may be easily overlooked when they are packaged with bubblewrap. If you need any further help, please raise a Support Ticket within 7 business days of receiving the order.
 
FAQHow long does it take a bank transfer payment to be acknowleged?

Bank Transfer payments can take between 3-10 working days to be creditted to our bank account. Please note that we must receive confirmation from our bank of your payment before we ship your order.
 
FAQWhat is the product Returns procedure?

Please see information regarding our Returns Authorization procedure by clicking here. We do not accept products returned to us without a valid and complete Return Authorization Form included in the package. If for some reason you cannot download this form, we can mail or fax it to you on special request.
 
FAQWhat are the dates that Customer Support is available?

Customer Support is limited during certain periods of the year - please refer to Key Dates for advance information of when we are unavailable and there maybe limited services.
 
FAQHow long does it take for a credit/refund to be processed?

Refund or credit notes, once authorized by us, can take up to 10 working days to be processed. Depending on your original payment method, the funds may then take a further few days to appear on your credit card statement or in your bank account.
 
FAQWhere do I find Technical Support Guides?

We recommend that customers first read Installing Upgrades Help before attempting installation of any of our upgrades. Then visit our Technical Documents pages for tutorials on installing hardware and software.
 
FAQMy order's shipping rate cannot be determined during Checkout

Usually for the majority of orders our webstore automatically calculates shipping costs. However, if you place an order with us where the shipping cost is shown as 0.00 and the message 'The shipping rate cannot be determined at this time' is displayed, then we will have to manually calculate the shipping rate. The shipping rate is based on the weight/volumetric size of the package and the destination. In the event of the shipping costs being zero at time of going through Checkout, we will then contact you afterwards with the quotation for shipping your order and request the additional payment of the shipping costs.
 
FAQHow long does it take an A1200 Built To Order to be processed?

All our refurbished Amiga A1200 are carefully built with new/refurbished parts to the specification of the customer order. When you place an order, please allow approximately 7-10 business days for assembly and thorough quality testing of your system. You can monitor progress on your order by logging into the webstore, click on order history and click the VIEW button next to the order.
