What is Trackable Shipping with Insurance?
Trackable/Insured Shipping service can added by the customer during the Checkout process and will ensure that the package is insured while in the care of a shipping agent.
The service will also provide the package with a Tracking ID number which can be used to help locate a package in the event of the package becoming lost.
If a customer does not select this service, we cannot provide a Tracking ID number for the package when it is shipped and the package will be sent without insurance. However, for every order that is shipped from us, we will obtain an official Certificate of Posting which we can provide to customer on request.
